Broccoli, mushroom and salmon salad
material
50g of fresh salmon, 50g of broccoli, 50g of lettuce, 2 fresh mushrooms, raw egg yolk 1 2, chopped coriander 1 spoon, evening primrose oil 10g, fruit vinegar1teaspoon, proper amount of salt, and proper amount of soy sauce.
working methods
