1. Ingredients: 200g chicken breast, 200g onion, salt, oil, starch, salt, ginger, garlic, chopped pepper, oyster sauce, corn starch, cooking wine, appropriate amount of green onion.
2. Wash the chicken breasts, peel the onions and wash them. Cut the onion into julienne strips.
3. Cut the chicken breast into shreds and put it into a bowl. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
