(2) Business travelers will receive or stay with relatives and friends free of charge by the reception unit, and accommodation fees will not be reimbursed without receipt. (3) On the first day of arrival at the destination, if the business traveler exceeds the standard accommodation because he can't find a room that meets the prescribed limit, he can be reimbursed according to the facts with the approval of the unit leader. The rest of the time, if the accommodation fee exceeds the prescribed limit, some of them will take care of themselves and will not be approved for reimbursement.

Article 5 Measures for Transportation Expenses (1) If you stay on the train for more than 6 hours from 8: 00 p.m. to 7: 00 a.m. the next day, or ride continuously for more than 12 hours, you can buy a berth ticket with the same seat. (two) the deputy governor and the staff of the equivalent position are on a business trip. Because of the need of work, one person can accompany him to take the first class of train, ship or plane. (three) cadres at or above the level of provincial organs can travel by plane. Other staff members who are on business trips in different places or have urgent business trips can only fly with the approval of the leaders at or above the division level or their authorized leaders (if the staff members of public institutions are on business trips by air, it shall be handled mutatis mutandis). (4) During the business trip, each person will be paid local transportation expenses in 6 yuan every day, and local transportation expenses will not be reimbursed.
