* Beef, caffeinated drinks, chocolate, citrus juice, corn, dairy products, eggs, oats, oysters, peanuts, salmon, strawberries, cantaloupes, tomatoes and wheat.
* Cold drinks: Too cold food will reduce immunity and cause respiratory allergies.
