The police station is the grass-roots organization of the public security department in China, which manages household registration and grass-roots public security. The police station implements national unified working hours, and so does Xinghua Pailou Police Station.

The working hours of the police station are: 8 am to 12 am and 2 pm to 6 pm. There are people on duty only on Saturday and Sunday, and no business is handled. Working hours are from 8: 30 am to 4: 00 pm. There are also people on duty at the holiday police station, but they do not apply for replacement of ID cards and other services, only on weekdays.
