How to make coriander vermicelli?
Cut the vermicelli into small pieces, blanch with hot water, and then soak the pot in cold water.
Heat a little oil in the pot, saute minced garlic and add vermicelli.
Stir-fry the vermicelli a little, then add a little mustard tuber and stir-fry with salt (you can add less salt because mustard tuber is salty)
Add coriander powder, a little chicken essence, stir-fry a little, and start the pot.
