Xincheng County belongs to the tropical climate of South Asia, with abundant rainfall and mild climate. The central and southern parts of the county have long summer, spring and autumn are connected, long rainy season, short frost period, abundant sunshine and strong solar radiation.
Historical origin of Xincheng county
At the beginning of Zhenguan in the Tang Dynasty (now the beginning of county name), a new county was established, which was ruled by well-known people. 1950 Before March, Xincheng County belonged to Wuming Commissioner's Office, and in March of the same year it was changed to Yishan Commissioner's Office. 1August, 958, changed to Liuzhou special zone and regional jurisdiction (197 1 June, the special zone was renamed as the region). On September 29, 2002, Liuzhou and Laibin County were abolished, Laibin City and Xingbin District were established at the prefecture level, and Xincheng County was under the jurisdiction of Laibin City.
