Fried shrimps with Chili sauce
Ingredients: 500 grams of Pipi shrimp.
Accessories: green and red pepper 1, 2 parsley, minced onion, ginger and garlic 1 tablespoon, hot sauce 1 teaspoon, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon and cooking wine 2 teaspoons.
Production process:
1, mince onion, ginger and garlic for later use, and cut green and red peppers into small circles.
2. Soak Pipi shrimp in clear water and add 1 spoon cooking wine for curing.
