The practice of baking pumpkin
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into pieces, put it in a baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with a proper amount of sea salt and black pepper.
2. Bake the prepared pumpkin in the preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
3. Start stirring the sugar juice: pour 3 tablespoons of honey, a small piece of butter, 2 tablespoons of nutmeg powder and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder into the pot and simmer slowly.
4.25 minutes later, take the roasted pumpkin out of the oven, turn some pumpkin pieces slightly, and then pour in the prepared sugar juice.
5. Put it in the oven again and continue for 20 minutes.
6. When baking pumpkins, you can put sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds in another clean baking tray, sprinkle a little sugar and bake them in the oven, which will make the melon seeds more brittle; (Bake for about 10 minutes until the sunflower seeds are golden. )
7. After the pumpkin is baked, take it out of the oven and eat it. Sprinkle roasted melon seeds and cut some shallots on it, which will improve the taste a lot.
