Fried tofu with leek

Materials:

Bean curd with scallion oil

Materials:

Tofu, onion, mushroom, green pepper and red pepper 400g, salt 3g, monosodium glutamate 5g+0g, soy sauce 5g, starch 10g.

Exercise:

1. Wash and slice the tofu, and fry it in the oil pan. Wash onion and cut into pieces; Wash and soak mushrooms, blanch and cut into pieces; Wash green pepper and red pepper and cut into pieces.

2. Heat oil in the pot, pour in onion slices, green peppers and red peppers and stir fry, then add mushrooms and tofu and stir fry.

3. Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and monosodium glutamate, thicken with water starch, and collect juice.

Pickled tofu

Materials:

Pork belly, tofu, pickles and lettuce, 3 grams of chopped green onion, 2 grams of salt.

Exercise:

1, tofu washed and diced, salted with a little salt; Wash and slice pork belly; Wash lettuce.

2. Steamed tofu for use; Pour oil into the pot, heat it, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color, add kimchi and stir-fry evenly, and season with salt.

3. Put the tofu into the dish, put the lettuce, pour the fried pork belly and kimchi on the lettuce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Spicy hot bean curd

Materials:

300g of tofu, pepper 10g, 25g of Chili oil, 3g of salt, 5g of bean paste, 4g of starch, 5g of chopped green onion, 5g of ginger and 5g of garlic.

2. Wash ginger and garlic and cut into pieces.

3. Heat the oil, add the bean paste and stir-fry until it tastes good, add Chili oil, pepper and water, and finally add tofu and cook for 5 minutes.

Peasant-style dawan tofu

Materials:

300 grams of tofu, 50 grams of minced meat, appropriate amounts of pepper and Jiang Mo, 3 grams of salt, and appropriate amounts of monosodium glutamate, Chili oil and sesame oil.

Exercise:

1, tofu washed and cut into small squares; Marinate minced meat with a little salt, cooking wine and Jiang Mo for a while; Wash the peppers and cut them into rings.

2. Heat the wok with oil, saute the peppers, stir-fry the minced meat, and serve.

3. Heat the oil in a wok, fry the tofu until both sides are crisp and yellow, add salt, monosodium glutamate and Chili oil to taste, boil it in moderation, add minced meat, pour in sesame oil and mix well to serve.

Baked tiger skin tofu

Materials:

250g tofu, Chinese cabbage 100g, shredded onion, shredded ginger, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and starch.

Exercise:

1, tofu washed and cut into strips; Wash the cabbage.

2. Heat oil, fry the tofu strips until golden, and pour the hot oil on the cabbage heart.

3. Leave the oil in the pan, stir-fry the shredded onion, shredded ginger and shredded pepper, add seasoning, yuba and Chinese cabbage, thicken the starch, and pour a little oil out of the pan.

Tofu and onion (salad)

Materials:

50g shallot, 0/50g tofu/kloc-0, 5g raw soybean oil/kloc-0, salt and monosodium glutamate.

1. Wash shallots and shred them.

Tofu with Chinese Toon

Materials:

0/50g of tofu/kloc-,80g of Toona sinensis, 30g of cooked peanuts, 3g of salt, 8g of soy sauce and 8g of sesame oil.

1. Wash the tofu, cut it into thin slices, blanch it thoroughly with salt water, take it out, drain the water and put it on a plate.

2. Wash Toona sinensis, blanch with boiling water, remove, drain, cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt, soy sauce and tofu and mix well.

3. Sprinkle sesame oil and peanuts.
