Ingredients: chicken wings 10, one lemon, two spoonfuls of braised soy sauce, one spoonful of honey 15g, one spoonful of black pepper, two spoonfuls of oyster sauce, five or six slices of ginger, a little salt, and a medium-sized fresh-keeping sealed bag.
Step 1: Wash chicken wings and use kitchen paper towels to absorb moisture.
Step 2: Cut two chicken wings on each side.
