1. Certification Application
1.1
Applicants to the China Green Food Development Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) and its provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) Green Food Office, Green Food Development Center (hereinafter referred to as the provincial Green Office) to receive the "Application for the use of the green food label", "enterprises and production questionnaire" and related information, or download from the Center's website. Or download from the center's website.
1.2 The applicant fills in and submits the Application for the Use of Green Food Label, the Questionnaire on Enterprises and Production and the following materials to the provincial Green Office:
(1) Declaration of guaranteeing the implementation of green food standards and norms
(2) Production operation procedures (planting procedures, breeding procedures, processing procedures)
(3) Company's commitment to Quality control system of "base + farmers" (including contract, base map, list of bases and farmers, management system)
(4) Product implementation standards
(5) Text of registered trademarks of products (copy)
(6) Business license (copy)
(7) Enterprise quality management manual
(8) other materials required (through the system certification, with a copy of the certificate)
2. Acceptance and review
2.1 Provincial Green Office received the above application materials, registration, numbering,
5 working days to complete the review of the application for certification materials, and to the applicant to issue a "review of the opinion of the notice". Notice", while copying the Center Certification Division.
2.2 Application for certification materials are incomplete, the applicant is required to receive the "notification of the views of the cultural review" after 10 working days to submit additional materials.
2.3 application for certification materials failed, notify the applicant that this growth cycle will no longer accept their applications.

3. On-site inspection, product sampling
3.1 Provincial Green Office should be clear in the "Notice of Comments on the Cultural Review" on-site inspection plan, and in the plan to be confirmed by the applicant to assign two or more inspectors to carry out on-site inspections.
3.2 The inspectors shall carry out item-by-item inspection in accordance with the relevant items stipulated in the "Green Food Inspector's Workbook" (for trial implementation) and the "Technical Specification for Investigation of the Present Situation of the Environmental Quality of Green Food Producing Areas" (for trial implementation). Each inspector fills in the on-site inspection form and inspection opinions individually. The on-site inspection and investigation of environmental quality status quo will be completed within 5 working days, and the on-site inspection and assessment report and investigation report of environmental quality status quo and relevant investigation information will be submitted to the Provincial Green Office within 5 working days after the completion of the work.
3.3 On-site inspection is qualified, product sampling can be arranged. Where the applicant has provided the product quality inspection report issued by the green food designated product monitoring organization within the past year, and confirmed by the inspector, in line with the green food product testing projects and quality requirements, free product sampling and testing.
3.4 Qualified on-site inspection, the need for sampling and testing of products to arrange product sampling:
3.4.1 At that time can be drawn to the appropriate sampling products, the inspector in accordance with the "Technical Specification for Sampling of Green Food Products" for product sampling and fill out the "Green Food Product Sampling Sheet", while copying the sample sheet to the Center Certification Office. Special products (such as animal products, etc.) are specified separately.
3.4.2 There is no suitable product sampling, the inspector and the applicant to determine the sampling plan on the spot, while the sampling plan copied to the central certification office.
3.4.3 The applicant will send the samples, product implementation standards, "Green Food Product Sampling Sheet" and the testing fee to the green food designated product monitoring organization.
3.5 Failure of on-site inspection, no arrangement for product sampling.
4. Environmental Monitoring
4.1 The investigation of the current status of environmental quality of green food production area shall be completed by the inspectors synchronously during the on-site inspection.
4.2 It is confirmed by the investigation that the environmental quality of the place of origin conforms to the exemption conditions stipulated in the Technical Specification for Investigation on the Status Quo of Environmental Quality of the Place of Origin of Green Food and is exempted from environmental monitoring.
4.3 According to the relevant provisions of the "Technical Specification for the Investigation of Environmental Quality Status Quo of Green Food Production Areas", after the investigation to confirm the necessity of environmental monitoring, the Provincial Green Office from the receipt of the investigation report within 2 working days to notify in writing the green food designated environmental monitoring organizations to carry out environmental monitoring, and at the same time, the notification form will be copied to the Center for Certification Division.
4.4 The designated environmental monitoring organization received the notification form, within 40 working days to issue an environmental monitoring report, together with the completed "Green Food Environmental Monitoring Form", directly to the Center Certification Office, while copying the provincial Green Office.
5. Product testing
Green food designated product monitoring organizations since the receipt of samples, product implementation standards, "green food product sampling orders", testing fees, within 20 working days to complete the testing work, issue product testing reports, together with the completion of the "green food product testing form", submitted to the Center for Certification, while copying the provincial Green Office.
6. Certification Audit
6.1 Provincial Green Office received the inspector on-site inspection and assessment report and the current state of environmental quality survey report, within three working days to sign the review opinion, and will be certified application materials, inspector on-site inspection and assessment report, the current state of environmental quality survey report and the "Provincial Green Office of the Green Food Certification Status Sheet," and other materials sent to the Center Certification Division.
6.2 Center Certification Division received the provincial Green Office submitted materials, environmental monitoring reports, product testing reports and applicants directly sent the "Application for Green Food Certification Basic Information Questionnaire", registration, numbering, in confirmation of receipt of the last material within 2 working days after the issuance of a notice of acceptance, notify the applicant in writing, and copy the provincial Green Office.
6.3 Center Certification Division to organize reviewers and relevant experts to review the above materials, within 20 working days to make audit conclusions.
6.4 The audit concluded that "there are doubts, need on-site inspection", the Center Certification Division within 2 working days to complete the on-site inspection program, notify the applicant in writing, and copied to the provincial Green Office. Confirmed by the applicant, within 5 working days to send inspectors to carry out on-site inspection again.
6.5 Audit concluded that "the material is incomplete or need additional information", the Center Certification Division to send the applicant "Green Food Certification Audit Notification Form", while copying the provincial Green Office. The applicant shall submit the supplementary materials to the Certification Office of the Center within 20 working days, and copy to the Provincial Green Office. 6.6 audit concluded that "qualified" or "unqualified", the Center Certification Office will be certified materials, certification audit opinions reported to the Green Food Review Committee.
7. Certification Review
7.1 Green Food Review Committee since the receipt of the certification materials, certification audit opinion within 10 working days after the review, and make the final certification conclusions.
7.2 The conclusion of the final review of certification is divided into two cases:
(1) certification is qualified
(2) certification is unqualified
7.3 The conclusion of "certification is qualified", the implementation of Article 8.
7.4 Conclusion of "certification failed", the Secretariat of the Accreditation Committee to make a final conclusion
2 working days, the "Certification Conclusion Notification" sent to the applicant, and copied to the provincial Green Office. This production cycle will no longer accept their applications.
8. Certification
8.1 The Center will send the relevant documents for certification to the applicant within 5 working days and copy to the provincial Green Office. The applicant within 60 working days and the Center to sign the "green food logo trademark license contract.
8.2 The Director of the Center issues the certificate.
