Ingredients: pork elbow, crystal sugar, cinnamon, star anise, fragrant leaves, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black rice vinegar, ginger, onion, garlic, onion and nutmeg.
1. Wash pig's elbow and cut it twice.
