How to make pig tail soup
Ingredients: peanuts (40 grams), wolfberry (a little), pig tail (500), red dates (5 pieces), Eucommia ulmoides (12 grams), salt (appropriate amount), ginger slices (5 slices), cooking wine (2 spoons)
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Wash the pig tail, soak it in cold water for half an hour, add ginger slices and boil the water together to remove the blood.
