Steps

1. Prepare various ingredients.

2. Soak the vermicelli in hot water and then let it cool. (Usually when you make risotto, you use pearl vermicelli made from potato flour. If you don't have any more at home, you can use sweet potato vermicelli instead.)

3. Yam washed and peeled, blanched and cooled.

4. Cabbage washed and cut into cubes, tofu sliced, green onions, garlic cloves cut into sections. (I had some leftover frozen tofu and fresh tofu in the fridge, so I used them up.)

5. When the chicken broth comes to a boil, add the meatballs, sandwiched pork, and 2 types of tofu. Cover and bring to a boil, then skim off the foam.

6. Add cabbage.

7. Add yam and vermicelli after boiling.

8. Then add soy sauce, pepper and salt, sprinkle with green onion and garlic cloves, stir well and turn off the heat.

9. Serve in a bowl with 1 bowl of rice.

Tips

Ingredients can also be added to the winter melon, lotus root slices and so on the other you like. Do risotto usually use a casserole, I just happen to have a saucepan on hand, so I'm lazy to use it to do it.
