Cheesy Garlic Mussels
Main Ingredients: Mussels, Mozzarella Cheese
Seasoning: Salt, Ground Black Pepper Pellets
1 Thaw and Wash the Mussels
2 Lay out a baking sheet with a layer of tinfoil and place the mussels on top
3 Peel the garlic, mash it, and fry it with oil in a pan
4 Fry the garlic. Add salt, grind black pepper, season to taste and mix well
5 Mussels with a layer of garlic sauce and a layer of grated cheese
(Adjust the amount of garlic and grated cheese according to your personal preference)
6 Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 13-15 minutes

The main ingredient of the pasta is the tomato sauce.
Main ingredients: 3 tomatoes, 150g beef stuffing, 1/2 onion
Seasoning: spaghetti sauce/tomato sauce, salt, ground black pepper
Crushed basil, grated cheese, 4.5 cloves of garlic
