1, joint pain: manifested in the knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists and other large joints in the area of obvious pain or pressure pain.

2, joint redness and swelling: manifested as redness and swelling of the knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists and other large joints, which may be accompanied by a burning sensation.

3, wandering arthritis: pain wandering, can be transferred from one joint to another joint, in order to appear symptoms, a few may also be accompanied by joint effusion.

2, other symptoms

1, fever: fever is irregular, can be flaccid fever, auditory hyperthermia, may also be low fever. Generally speaking, high fever over 39℃ is often seen in arthritis, and rarely seen in myocarditis. The fever usually subsides spontaneously after 2 to 3 weeks, or rapidly if aspirin is used.

2, myocarditis: patients with palpitations, shortness of breath and precordial discomfort and other manifestations. In severe cases of myocarditis, signs and symptoms of congestive heart failure such as sedentary breathing, coughing up pink foamy sputum, and wet rales at the bottom of the lungs may occur.

3, annular erythema: about 2.4% of patients with annular erythema, for the finger pressure discoloration of light red ring-shaped red halo, each can be fused with each other, mostly distributed in the trunk and proximal limbs.

4, subcutaneous nodules: often in myocarditis, the rate of less than 2%. Mostly found in the subcutaneous tissue on the extensor side of the joints, slightly hard texture, no adhesion with the skin, and there is no redness, swelling and inflammation.

5, chorea: most common in children 4 to 7 years old, for the inflammation of the basal ganglia, manifested as a purposeless, involuntary trunk or limb movements, such as stretching the tongue and crooked mouth, squeezing eyebrows, shrug shoulders and neck.
