Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water at 30 degrees Celsius and leave it for a few minutes to activate the yeast. In order to weigh more accurately, I purposely used my electronic scale that is accurate to 0.01 today, lol, lab grade, see if we are attentive enough

Mix the flour and baking soda in the main ingredient and sieve well to get a good mix, and then add the walnut oil and milk powder

The water dough should be kept warm and fermented until it doubles in size

Exhaust the fermented dough and roll it out into a thick sheet, then put the oil dough into a tightly wrapped package
