Ingredients
Main Ingredients
Butter
200g
White Sugar
150g
Plain Flour
300g
Supplements
Sugar Syrup
1 Tablespoon
Vanilla Sugar<
2 tablespoons
Baking powder
2 teaspoons
Steps
1. All the ingredients
2. Measuring utensils used, plus electronic scale. (I used the red one to measure the flour and then weighed half a liter of flour on the electronic scale about 300 grams)
3. Bring the butter to room temperature or turn it on defrost mode in the microwave for two minutes, add the sugar and syrup.
4. Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and then pour into the container where you put the butter, and start kneading with your hands. (I didn't wear gloves, because it's very inconvenient to knead with gloves)
5. After kneading, the dough is relatively smooth, take it out and put it on the baking sheet, then divide it into four.
6. Knead each portion of dough into a long strip, this step is best done directly on the baking sheet, because the kneaded strip can not be picked up, it will fall apart.
7. This is my meat well after the four long strip. Oven preheat 175 degrees in advance. Place the processed cookies in the middle of the oven and bake on top and bottom heat for 15 minutes.
8. This is what it looks like after the test. (Still in the oven, now out of the oven)
9. Use a baking cutter to cut the long rows of cookies into small sections. (Remember to cut while hot, because at this time the cookies are still soft, easy to split)
10. Cooled and loaded up, you can use a plastic bag to store some in the freezer in the refrigerator.
