There are two kinds of longan, dry and wet:
1, dried longan can be preserved for about one year. After drying in the sun, you can eat it all the time as long as it is kept dry, not placed in a humid place, not rotting, and not producing some mold.
2. When the wet longan is refrigerated, put the longan in a sealed bag, exhaust the air and seal the mouth of the bag, and then put it in the freezer. Generally, it can be kept for about a week.
