1.1. Wash the rice and add water to the rice cooker to boil
2.2. Chicken thighs cut into small pieces, add soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG), ginger
3.3. Carrots cut into small pieces, chestnuts cut into halves, stir fry with low heat, add a little bit of salt to rice cooker to lay flat
4.4. Wait until the last 15 minutes or so left of the rice when the pickled I like to put the marinade into it as well.
5. The rice is ready! The first thing you need to do is to put a little bit of green onion on it and stir it around a little bit, and then you'll have a delicious chestnut chicken thigh rice!
