Practice steps
1. The chicken was eviscerated and washed.
2. put water in the pot, blanch the chicken in the pot and remove the blood foam.
3. Take out, wash and drain.
4. Put the chicken into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, add all seasonings except white sugar and green tea, and cook for 2 hours on low heat.
Cooked chicken doesn't need to be fished out, but it can be fished out, drained and smoked first, so it tastes better.
