1, food safety inspection standards are as follows:
(1) Provisions on the limits of pathogenic microorganisms, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, heavy metals, pollutants and other substances harmful to human health in food-related products;
(2) Varieties, application scope and dosage of food additives;
(3) Nutritional requirements of infant's main and supplementary foods;
(4) Requirements for labels, labels and instructions related to food safety and nutrition;
(5) Quality requirements related to food safety;
(6) Food inspection methods and procedures;
(seven) other contents that need to formulate food safety standards;
(8) All additives in food must be listed in detail;
(9) Hygienic requirements in the process of food production and operation.
2. Legal basis: Article 41 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law.
The production of food-related products shall comply with food safety laws, regulations and national standards. For high-risk food-related products such as packaging materials that come into direct contact with food, production licenses shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the State Administration of Production Licenses for Industrial Products. The food safety supervision and management department shall strengthen the supervision and management of the production activities of food-related products.
Article 66
The use of food additives such as preservatives and antistaling agents and food-related products such as packaging materials in the packaging, preservation, storage and transportation of edible agricultural products entering the market shall conform to the national food safety standards.
Article 87
The food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall conduct regular or irregular sampling inspection of food, and publish the inspection results in accordance with relevant regulations, and shall not be exempted from inspection. When sampling inspection is carried out, sampling samples shall be purchased, and food inspection institutions conforming to the provisions of this Law shall be entrusted for inspection, and relevant expenses shall be paid; Shall not charge food producers and operators inspection fees and other fees.

The materials to be submitted for food license are as follows:
1, food business license application;
2, a copy of the business license or other qualification documents;
3, and adapt to the food business of the main equipment and facilities layout, operation process and other documents;
4, food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, incoming inspection records, food safety accident handling and other rules and regulations to ensure food safety.
