Ingredients:
1 pound of chopped ribs
2 spoons of starch
1 and a half spoons of ordinary flour
Water 100ml
1 egg suitable for food
1 spoonful of sugar for food
1 teaspoon salt
1 cooking wine Spoons
2 spoons of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
Half a teaspoon of pepper
Half a teaspoon of five-spice powder

Recipe method:
1. Rinse the ribs with water to wash away the blood as much as possible and then remove the ribs. Dry and set aside
2. Add all the seasonings and mix well
3. Pour in the batter and eggs, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour
4. Heat the oil in the pan
5. When the oil is smoking, fry the pork ribs one at a time until golden brown. Use a wooden fork to break open the sticking ribs
6. For the first time, remove the pork ribs to control the oil and remove the foam residue from the pot
7. Then heat the oil again and gently pour in the pork ribs and fry until crispy for about two or three minutes
8. Remove and control oil
9. Plate and serve
