First, the first step is to peel off the purple cabbage and wash it to prepare garlic cloves, rice peppers and chives, as shown in the following figure.
Second, then shred the purple cabbage, and chop the garlic, rice pepper and chives, as shown in the figure below.
Third, put the shredded purple cabbage into a bowl and keep it for later use, as shown in the figure below.
Fourth, put some salt, mix well and marinate for half an hour, and let it stand and wait, as shown in the figure below.
5. Add the prepared vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and monosodium glutamate and mix well, as shown in the figure below.
6. Sprinkle with the prepared sesame oil and stir evenly with chopsticks, as shown in the figure below.
7. Add garlic, rice pepper and chives, mix well, let stand for 15 minutes to eat, and the cold purple cabbage is finished.
