Shrimp mushroom 500g
Garlic (according to personal preference)1whole.
Fifty cents of onion is enough.

Appropriate amount of fresh and spicy powder
Dry stir-frying shrimp and mushroom
Wash the shrimps and mushrooms with a toothbrush and drain the water for later use.
Wash the small red pepper toothbrush and cut it into small pieces for use.
Chop onion and garlic into powder, and set aside the same.
Heat the oil in a hot pan (the depth of the oil almost overflows a fingernail), put the shrimps and mushrooms in a medium-low fire and fry slowly. After frying for about 3 or 4 minutes, take out the pot. Put it aside and fry it again when it cools down. (Don't pour out the oil)
After the shrimps and mushrooms are completely cooled, fry them again, so as to ensure that the fried effect is similar to that of the small restaurant outside (take them out for use in about 2 minutes).
Leave a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion, minced garlic and minced red pepper and stir fry. (Remember, it's a small fire at this time.) After the minced garlic turns golden, turn on a big fire, add fresh and spicy powder (pour it according to personal circumstances) and stir fry for 3 or 4 times, and then pour the shrimps and mushrooms together. Stir-fry for a while and sprinkle with salt. Get out of the pot! Done!
