Step 1
Ribs washed, chicken wings washed, front and back of two cuts, add the right amount of cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, a little oyster sauce and pepper scratched well, covered with plastic wrap , put in the refrigerator overnight. (This is more flavorful, if you don't have time, at least marinate for half an hour or more).

Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into chunks, peel the onions and cut into chunks, and cut the peppers into chunks. Peel the garlic and throw the whole thing in, add all the vegetables with salt, soy sauce, a little pepper and mix well, then add a spoonful of cooking oil and mix well.

Mix the sauce. Mix one tablespoon of oyster sauce, two tablespoons of ketchup, three tablespoons of sweet flour sauce, and the right amount of soy sauce (it's too thick, so I added a little water) into a sauce that can be scooped up and poured down continuously (this is a slightly more savory sauce, so you can switch the amount of ketchup and sweet flour sauce if you like more sweetness).

Heat a skillet, add a good amount of cooking oil, and spread the ingredients evenly.

Arrange the chicken wing ribs on top and drizzle in a spoonful of cooking wine.

Cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for 12 minutes. If you feel the heat is uneven, switch the pot to simmer in different directions.

After 12 minutes of simmering, the wings and ribs have begun to tighten.

Drizzle the sauce evenly over the top, cover the pot tightly again, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Take the pan out of the oven and top with parsley leaves (actually, cilantro is best, but I'm not used to that flavor).

Cooking tips for a three-juice casserole
This is the second time I've made it. The casserole needs to have a slightly thicker bottom, if not, put more oil in and grease it well. The lid should seal well and simmer over medium-low heat to prevent a mushy bottom. This is the soy sauce type, if you eat spicy, you can add chili powder.
