Methods for caramelized pumpkin glutinous rice balls:
1. Peel the pumpkin and steam it, then grind it into puree.
2. Use the pumpkin puree to mix the glutinous rice flour into a ball and roll it into a dumpling of the same size. You can make more than one at a time and keep them in the freezer for whenever you want.
3. Heat a frying pan to 60%, add the pumpkin glutinous rice dumplings one by one and fry over medium heat. Be sure to put them into the frying pan one by one, and when the skin becomes light brown, then put one down. I was lazy, so I put them in together and they stuck together and changed shape.
4. Fry them up and take them out.
5. Put a few tablespoons of sugar (no water) in the pot and turn on low heat. When the sugar melts and becomes caramel color, put the fried dumplings into the pot and roll them in the caramel sauce. When it's evenly distributed, it's ready to eat.
