Main ingredients: 50g of papaya, 200ml of fresh milk, and auxiliary materials:10g of eggs.
Steps:
1. Peel papaya, cut it into small squares, and put it in a special porcelain stew pot for later use.
2. Only take the egg white from the egg and send it hard until it bubbles.
3. Add milk to the beaten egg whites and continue beating.
4. Slowly pour the milk and egg whites into the papaya stew.
5. Pour water into the steamer, put it into the braised pot after the fire boils (remember to cover the braised pot to prevent water vapor from leaking in), and simmer for 15 minutes with medium and small fire.
