Second, differences.
1, different kinds of tea
Britain drinks more black tea, including English breakfast tea, jasmine tea imported from earl grey and China, and Japanese green tea, which has become a standard part of British tea.
There are all kinds of teas in China: Chaozhou Phoenix Dan Cong Tea, Taihu Lake Smoked Bean Tea, Suzhou Fragrant Tea, Hunan Ginger Salt Tea, Chengdu Gaiwan Tea, Taiwan Province Frozen Top Tea, Hangzhou Longjing Tea and Fujian Oolong Tea.
2. The time of origin is different.
In China, the origin of tea trees has a history of at least 60,000 to 70,000 years. Tea has been discovered and used by human beings for about four or five thousand years.
The British began to import tea from the1660s. At that time, Catherine of Portuguese Princess Bragansa married King charles ii of England, and she brought her hobby of drinking tea to the English court.
3. The method of making tea is different.
In China, in the Song Dynasty, the tea-drinking method of directly brewing loose tea with boiling water gradually replaced the cake-tea frying method in the Tang Dynasty and the tea-drinking method in the late Song Dynasty, that is, the soaking method. Put the tea leaves in a teapot or lid, brew with boiling water, and then divide them into teacups (cups and cups) for drinking.
The English way to make tea is to soak the tea powder and then put the tea bags together in a hot water cup. Tea bags are not brewed with water, but soaked in hot water. A small bag of tea leaves is only soaked in a glass of water, and then thrown away after drinking it. When drinking at home, because the tea leaves are very broken, there is usually a filter cup in the teapot, which is washed down with boiling water, filtered out, and then added with sugar and milk or lemon to drink.
