1. Clinical symptoms of cholecystitis:
(1) Acute calculous cholecystitis: It can cause epigastric pain, and the pain can radiate to the right shoulder, scapula and back, and symptoms such as fever, chills, nausea and jaundice can also occur.
(2) Acute acalculous cholecystitis: epigastric pain may occur, and gallbladder gangrene and perforation are more likely to occur, causing symptoms such as high fever, chills and jaundice.
(3) Chronic cholecystitis: Symptoms are often atypical. After a full meal and greasy food, the upper abdomen can swell, and the pain can radiate to the right shoulder and back, accompanied by symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.
2. Treatment: The general treatment is mainly to avoid greasy food; Atropine and pethidine can be used to relieve pain, and antibiotics such as cefuroxime can be used to control infection. Surgical treatment, such as cholecystectomy, can be performed when conservative treatment fails, the condition worsens or gallbladder perforation occurs.
Patients with cholecystitis need to go to the hospital in time, treat according to the doctor's advice, and avoid self-medication.
