Clean the potato, and then remove the potato sprout part. Then rub the skin together (do not peel) with a vegetable peeler, and after rubbing, wrap it in clean gauze or cotton linen with thicker holes and squeeze out the juice vigorously. You can squeeze out about a cup (180-200ml) of raw juice at a time.
Potatoes peeled, cut into small pieces, add water to juice, raw potato juice is a little astringent, you can add honey and apples, squeezed out and drink directly, do not store, half a cup per day in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.
Note
Sprouted potatoes and green tubers meat, containing lobelia alkaloids, can make people poisoned, producing severe symptoms of gastroenteritis, when used must be careful to prevent it.
