Mojito, one of the most famous rum bartenders. Originated in Cuba. Traditionally, mojito is a cocktail made of five materials: light rum, sugar (traditionally mixed with sugarcane juice), lime juice, soda water and mint. The original Cuban formula is spearmint or lemon mint, which is very common on the island of Cuba. The refreshing taste of lime and mint complements the momentum of rum, and this transparent and colorless cocktail has become one of the popular drinks in summer.
Practice: Mix rum, lime, mint leaves, a little sugar and soda water in proportion (lime and mint leaves are slightly crushed into juice) and add a lot of ice cubes. Shake vigorously in the Xie Ke cup, so that the wine cools quickly and the alcohol and juice are fully mixed. Finally, pour in soda water and decorate the glass with a small mint leaf and lime slice.
