1. Method 1
Ingredients: 150 grams of sweet potato leaves, 120 grams of flour, 80 grams of corn flour, and 2 grams of salt.
Mix cornmeal and flour evenly. Wash and drain the sweet potato leaves and chop into small pieces. Add salt and mix well. Add the mixed flour and stir to form a dough. Divide the dough into small pieces and form into hollow steamed buns, put them in a steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
2. Method 2
Ingredients: 80 grams of corn flour, 20 grams of soybean flour, 100 grams of flour, 2 grams of yeast.
Prepared cereals: corn flour and soybean flour. Put cornmeal, soybean flour and flour into a basin and mix well. Dissolve the yeast with warm water and add it to the powder. Then add appropriate amount of water and make a dough. Leave in a warm place to ferment. After fermentation and deflation, take out a small dough, about 50 grams, and roll it into a ball. Use your thumb to make a hole in the middle of the dough. Then turn it bigger, mine turned bigger, and the best shape is a pointed high point. This is a ready-made steamed bun. Add warm water to the pot and place the steamed buns in a steamer to rest for 15 minutes. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes. Perfect with minced pork and beans.
3. Method 3
Ingredients: 320g corn flour, 100g yam, 300ml warm water, some red dates, 35g fine sugar.
Peel the yam, slice it into slices, steam it in a steamer until soft, put it in a plastic bag after cooling, and crush it into puree with a rolling pin. Mix cornmeal, sugar and yam paste, slowly add warm water and mix to form a dough. Set aside small red dates. Take a portion of the dough and press it with your palms until the surface is smooth. Knead it into a ball. Use your index finger to make a nest. Place the red dates into the small nest and slowly shape it into a cone shape. After high heat, steam for 12 minutes.
