Ingredients: water chestnuts.
Tools: Scissors.
1. First rinse the red water chestnuts with clean water, and then prepare a pair of household scissors.
2. Add half a pot of water to the pot, put a spoonful of salt in the water, then pour the washed water chestnuts into the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
3. After taking it out, put it in a larger bowl, add some hot water for boiling water chestnuts and soak it.
4. Take a water chestnut, cut off the corners at both ends, then cut off the protruding part in the middle, and cut a small opening on both sides. Be careful not to cut too much when cutting.
5. Then you can easily peel out the water chestnuts. All complete and smooth.
6. Repeat the above steps until all the water chestnut shells are removed.
