Simple flower rolling method
Preparation materials of dough
Melt the yeast in a bowl of warm water (the ratio of yeast to flour is 1: 100, which should be adjusted according to the temperature).
Add the melted yeast water to the flour, pour in the water, and stir with chopsticks until you see that the flour starts to agglomerate. Knead repeatedly by hand.
When the flour is kneaded into a ball, cover the dough tightly with a wet cloth or a pot cover and put it in a warm place.
Let it stand until it is about twice the size of the original dough.
Knead the dough again and carry out the second fermentation, the steps are the same as the first fermentation.
When the dough expands to twice the size and the inside is filled with bubbles and honeycombs, the dough is finished.
Knead the dough by hand to expel the air inside.
Roll into a rectangular dough sheet.
Add a spoonful of salt and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.
Strip, roll up
Cut into pieces according to the size you like.
Stack them in pairs.
Use chopsticks to press horizontally and vertically.
Beautiful lines appear immediately.
Cover with a dry cloth and wake up for 20 minutes.
Put cold water in the pot, put in the wet cover cloth and sausage roll, steam for 12- 15 minutes, boil with strong water and turn to medium heat.
Wait for 3 minutes after the flameout before opening the lid. This way, the sausage roll will not shrink because of the sudden cold.
The salty and fragrant rolls are ready.
