It must be a human problem. The quality problem will be in batches, with tens of thousands of boxes and hundreds of thousands of bottles in one batch. Later, the quality inspection department took other samples from the same batch and tested them, and all showed no problems.

But I don’t know if this is a human problem before it leaves the factory, or after it leaves the factory at the dealer or store.
