Ingredients: pork chop 300g, seaweed knot 50g.
Accessories; 300g white radish
Seasoning: salt 1 tsp, 3 slices of ginger, cooking wine 1 tsp, water.
working methods
1. Dry kelp knots are soaked and washed in advance;
2. Wash, peel and cut the white radish for later use;

4. Boil the water in the pot, add the ribs, ginger slices and cooking wine, and simmer for about 1 hour after boiling;

Braised tofu with kelp
Ingredients: 200g of tofu, 0/00g of kelp/kloc (fresh).
Seasoning: salt 3g, onion 5g, ginger 5g, vegetable oil 15g.
working methods
First, soak kelp in warm water, wash it and cut it into diamond-shaped pieces, cut tofu into large pieces, put it in a pot and add water to boil, take it out, let it cool, and cut it into cubes. Heat the wok with oil, add Jiang Mo and chopped green onion, then add tofu and kelp. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, and then switch to low heat. Add salt, it takes about 30 minutes.
