100g of unsalted butter, 100g of peanut butter, 120g of sugar, 2g of salt, 1 egg, 250g of flour, 2g of baking powder, 2g of baking soda, 2g of crushed peanuts
How to do it
1. Soften the butter, then beat until smooth, and then add in the peanut butter to whip it together.
2. Add the sugar and salt and continue to beat on high speed with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the eggs and continue beating at high speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
4, beat the butter until puffed nearly twice.
5: Add the sifted flour and cut and mix well with a spatula in an irregular direction.
6: Divide the dough into pieces of about 30 grams each, roll them out and place them on a baking sheet, press them lightly with your hands to flatten them, and sprinkle the tops with chopped peanuts.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool.
Tips
1, you can use part of the whole wheat flour in the recipe to replace the low flour to make whole wheat peanut butter cookies.
2, yellow sugar can be replaced by white sugar, but the flavor will be different.
3, the cookies can be placed in a sealed bag or jar to save, placed two or three days after the flavor and then taste the flavor better.
