What snacks are better for Chinese New Year?
Six kinds of snacks that my family must cook during the New Year are nutritious and delicious. The more you eat, the more fragrant you get. The whole family loves it!

"Fireworks on earth are the most soothing to the hearts of ordinary people", and rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea, with three meals a day and four seasons, is the most soothing food. Hello, I'm Xiaofeng, a post-70 s uncle who likes food sharing. If you like food, remember to pay attention to me ~

China New Year is coming. Snacks are indispensable when a family stays at home to watch plays and relax, or when people entertain guests for tea during the Spring Festival. Because I usually like to cook good food, I seldom buy snacks during the New Year. I'll cook it at home, and I'll be relieved after eating it. Today, I will share with you six delicious and simple snacks, which are made in different ways at home during the Spring Festival and are nutritious and satisfying:

First, tomato cake:

The main ingredient of this snack is tomatoes. The snacks made are smooth and q-bomb, which is very fresh and refreshing. It's especially enjoyable to take a bite, and friends of all sizes like it!

1. Take two tomatoes, wash them, cut them with a cross knife, blanch them with boiling water, peel them, cut them into cubes, and put them in a cooking machine to make them into a paste.

2. Filter the mashed tomatoes, filter out the seeds, then add an appropriate amount of pea starch (100g of pea starch should be poured into 450g of tomato juice), and stir while pouring until the pea starch is completely dissolved without particles.

4. Add 450g water to the pot, add 2 spoonfuls of white sugar, stir until the white sugar is completely melted, filter the tomato and pea sauce into the pot with a sieve, then turn on a small fire and keep stirring. Stir for about 3-4 minutes, and you can see that the tomato and pea sauce begins to become sticky and foaming, and then turn off the heat.

5. Take a container, pour the cooked tomato and pea pulp, smooth the surface, and put it in the refrigerator to dry until it is solidified.

6. It will solidify in about an hour. After pouring it out, we cut it into the shape we like to eat, and put it on a plate with a layer of coconut on the surface.

Second, the family version of snowballing usury

This is a traditional snack, the main ingredients are glutinous rice, soybeans and red bean paste. The snacks made are sweet and delicious!

1. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it for more than 12 hours, then rinse it and steam it in a steamer, which takes about 20 minutes.

2. Stir-fry soybeans for about 10 minute without adding oil in the pot. The surface of soybean looks oily. Take a soybean and taste it. It doesn't taste raw. There is a fragrant, sweet and crisp feeling. Stir-fry soybeans, take them out, cool them, pour them into a cooking machine to make soybeans, and then filter them with a filter for later use.

3. After the glutinous rice is steamed, pour it into a large bowl and pound it with a spoon or rolling pin until it is delicate and brushed. Then take a chopping board, first sprinkle a layer of soybeans on it, then put the mashed glutinous rice on the soybeans, roll it flat and thin, then spread a layer of bean paste evenly, and then gently roll it up from one side to make it tighter.

4. After rolling, cut it into 2cm wide sections and put it on a plate. It is delicious. Have a piece with tea. It is delicious.

Third, yam strawberry cake

1. Peel and slice a yam, steam it in a steamer, mash it into fine yam paste, and then add two spoonfuls of sugar and one spoonful of honey. If the yam paste is too thin and difficult to form after stirring, put it in the refrigerator for several hours and let it solidify naturally.

It's best to use flour yam instead of crispy yam to make this snack, otherwise the mashed potatoes will be fine and difficult to shape.

3. Then cut 7-8 strawberries into small pieces, take out a piece of yam paste, press it into a cake shape, put chopped strawberries in the middle, gently wrap them along the edge, and finally roll a layer of coconut milk evenly, which is delicious, sweet and sour, and appetizing!

In order to avoid yam sticking to your hands, you can wipe your hands with a little water or oil first.

Four, hawthorn sesame sugar ball:

1. Clean the hawthorn first, then remove the stalks from the hawthorn, steam it in a steamer for 1 min, and then take it out for later use. Steamed hawthorn tastes good and has a slight sour taste.

2. Add 200 grams of sugar to the pot, and 100 grams of water begins to boil. Cook until the bubbles in the syrup are big, and then change to medium heat to continue cooking. When the syrup bubbles are dense, turn off the fire, stir until the bubbles disappear, pour in the hawthorn, so that each hawthorn is evenly coated with syrup, take it out when the surface is crystal clear, then evenly coat the surface with a layer of white sesame seeds, and serve on a plate.

Five, hanging frost yam bean:

1. Wash yam bean and steam it in a pot. After the fire boils, steam for about 10 minutes.

2. Add half a bowl of white sugar and half a bowl of clear water into the pot at the ratio of 1: 1, then turn on a small fire and stir-fry with a shovel until the sugar water is bubbling and dense. When the shovel pushes, pour in the steamed yam bean, and then continue to stir-fry. Yam bean will stick together at first, so don't worry, keep stirring until yam bean is completely separated and each grain is coated with sugar.

Orange pie

1. Peel the orange, remove the fascia of the orange petals, then soak the orange petals in clear water, then take an empty bowl and pour a proper amount of starch, and evenly wrap the orange petals with a layer of starch.

2. Knock 2 eggs into a bowl, add a spoonful of sugar to increase the sweetness, and then fully stir for later use.

3. Take another empty bowl, pour proper amount of bread crumbs and black sesame seeds respectively, and stir well for later use.

4. First put the orange petals wrapped in starch into the egg liquid, hang a layer of egg liquid evenly, then put them into the bread crumbs and roll a layer of bread crumbs.

5. Add oil from the pan. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, put in the orange petals wrapped in bread crumbs, fry until the surface is golden and crisp, and then take out the oil under control.

Don't buy snacks during the Spring Festival. Six kinds of snacks are well collected, simple and delicious, and the whole family loves them!
