5. Roll it into a rectangular cake crust with a thickness of about 5mm, and put salt and oil in it, and the oil will be evenly stained.
6. Roll it up from one end and cut it into a 4 cm wide flower roll blank with a knife.
7. The two doses are stacked together, and the chopsticks are placed between the two doses and pressed hard.
8. After it is finished, it will last for 20 minutes. Put cold water in the drawer, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and steam for about 18 minutes. After steaming, simmer for 3 minutes and then connect the pot.
A soft and sweet roll is ready.
The second method is to prepare the materials first.
Ingredients: medium gluten flour yeast onion red bean paste
Seasoning: salt, oil and fine sugar.
1, dough Take out a proper amount of flour, first add fine sugar, first mix the two, then add yeast and mix well. The proportion is about 2 ~ 3 grams of yeast per kilogram of flour (about half a spoon).
2. Boil the water in advance, let it cool, and knead the flour into dough with warm water of about 30 to 35 degrees until the dough is shiny and not sticky.
3, placed in an environment of about 30 degrees to wake up, usually 40 to 60 minutes, the time to wake up at high temperature can be shorter.
This method can be considered in winter in the south: if you have an oven at home, you can preheat the oven and put it in when the temperature of the oven is right. I tried it, and it worked well. If the temperature is high, it must not be released, which will kill the yeast.
4. After the dough is cooked, knead the dough again and knead it out. Chop chopped green onion into small pieces and prepare oil, salt and bean paste.
5. Divide the dough into small portions, roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin, and follow the following steps in turn.
Making flower rolls is the same as making steamed bread. Add yeast and warm water to flour, mix to form flocculent dough, then knead into dough, and stir for 10 minute. After the dough is kneaded again, it is stirred again for 1-2 hours, and alkaline flour is added for kneading and exhausting. Roll out the kneaded dough, pour in vegetable oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and salt, then roll it into sections and twist it into flower rolls.
