1, wash edamame several times, then soak it in salt water 15 minutes or so. Cut off the sharp ends of edamame with scissors, so as to make edamame more tasty during cooking.
2. Add a proper amount of water to the pot to cover the edamame and pour in the edible salt. Put as much salt as possible, and it will taste better later. Pour in the right amount of soy sauce, not too much. Pour in some red peppers, ginger slices and onions, so as to make the edamame spicy during cooking.
3. Boil in boiling water 15 minutes, and then fish it out. After fishing it up, use cold water several times to cool the cooked edamame.
4. Put the cooled edamame in a big bowl, and now start to make seasoning. Cut two pieces of garlic into minced garlic, two pieces of ginger into Jiang Mo, two pieces of onion into pieces, two spoonfuls of Chili oil, one spoonful of sesame oil, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of salt and four spoonfuls of vinegar, and put them in a large bowl to stir. Then stir evenly with a spoon to ensure that every edamame is dipped in the sauce. If you like sour and spicy food, you can add more vinegar, raw garlic and pepper.
