Meat-fried hazel mushrooms
Ingredients: 100 grams of pork belly, 150 grams of hazel mushrooms, 2 green garlics, appropriate amounts of ginger, soy sauce, salt, MSG, stock and oil.
Method: Soak hazel mushrooms, remove the roots, wash and blanch, and squeeze out the water. Cut the pork belly into thin slices. Heat oil in a wok, add pork belly and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add hazelnut mushrooms, soy sauce, salt and MSG and stir-fry evenly. Add stock and simmer until cooked. Add green garlic segments and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pan.
Fried hazelnut mushrooms and celery
Ingredients: 150g hazelnut mushrooms, 200g celery, 50g red pepper, appropriate amounts of minced ginger, salt, soy sauce, chicken powder, and salad oil.
Method: Soak the hazelnut mushrooms, remove the stems and wash them, cook them in a pot of boiling water, remove and squeeze out the water. Wash and slice celery. Cut red pepper into strips and set aside. Add oil to the wok, add minced ginger and sauté until fragrant, add hazelnut mushrooms, celery, salt, soy sauce and chicken powder and stir-fry until fragrant. Finally add shredded red pepper and stir-fry evenly.
