Bok choy wonton filling practice
1. cabbage to remove the root and rinse with cold water and spare.
2. In a saucepan, add water and bring to a rolling boil, then add the cabbage from recipe 1 and boil until the water comes back to a rolling boil.
3. Rinse the water with cold water and set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, remove the vegetables from the bowl after they have cooled, squeeze them dry, and cut them into julienne strips and place them in the bowl.
5. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the meat mixture until it becomes sticky.
6. Add the shredded bok choy from recipe 3 to the meat mixture in recipe 5.
7. Add all the seasonings to the mixing bowl in Method 6.
8. Stir in all the ingredients of Ingredient 7 until well blended.
