1. Northeast sauerkraut.
2. Wash the sauerkraut and cut a leaf into two pieces (for thinner silk).
3. Wash the shredded sauerkraut with clear water and squeeze out the water.
4. Chop the fresh small green pepper, chopped green onion and garlic cloves.
5. Heat the oil pan. I used a little oil residue. Add garlic cloves and stir-fry garlic. Add chopped green onion and small green pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Add sauerkraut and stir-fry for five minutes, add a little soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper, and finally sprinkle some salt and season with chicken essence.
