1. First, prepare an empty bowl (note it must be made of glass or ceramic, otherwise the snow lotus bacteria will die easily) and a bag of sterile pure milk. Here you need to prepare how many bags of milk according to the amount of snow lotus mushrooms and the amount you consume.
2. Pour pure milk directly into the bowl containing snow lotus mushrooms.
3. Next, find a breathable gauze to cover the bowl. What I use here is the lid of this bowl, and then just cover it directly, but be sure to leave a gap (the distance I left here is a bit large, mainly for everyone's convenience. In practice, leave 1- A 2cm gap is fine). Because Snow Lotus is not an anaerobic bacteria, it still prefers oxygen and will die easily if it is covered tightly. It is recommended to use gauze or a clean dishcloth.
4. Place it in a room with normal temperature as shown in the picture above. Do not place it in the refrigerator (Snowdrops are easily frozen to death). Wait until 8-10 hours before eating. I personally make it in the morning before going to work and eat it right after get off work in the evening.
5. Just separate the yogurt and snow lotus bacteria directly when eating. Now prepare an empty bowl, pour the yogurt into it, add some sugar and it is ready to eat. The taste is definitely more mellow, smooth and smooth than what is sold on the market.
6. The next step is to wash the used snow lotus fungus 2-3 times with warm water.
7. Just clean it to the picture above. I usually warm the boiling water to cold temperature and then use it to clean the snow lotus bacteria. In this case, the water after cleaning can be drunk, and the taste is not bad. Especially in summer or when you are thirsty, it will be absolutely comfortable to take a sip and your mood will be better.
8. The last step is to pour the washed snow lotus mushrooms into pure milk, cover it (leaving a gap), and wait for a few hours before drinking again.
