Fried pork with shredded potatoes
Ingredients: potatoes (two small pieces), lean meat (150 grams).
Steps:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into shreds, wash the starch with cold water, soak in water and set aside.
2. Cut the lean meat into shreds, add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 spoon of cooking wine to marinate.
3. Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, stir-fry the marinated shredded pork until the shredded meat changes color, then remove.
4. Heat oil and saute minced garlic until fragrant, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
5. Add shredded pork, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, green onions, stir-fry evenly. (If you want it spicy, you can add some spicy millet).
