Materials?
2 slices of cheese
Eggs 1 piece
2 Maxine cakes.
Banana 1 root
Banana pancakes?
Prepare ingredients, two Maxine's pancakes (I'm too lazy to bake my own pancakes, so I bought a lot of ready-made pancakes at home), shredded cheese, sliced bananas and an egg.
Take the pot, put a little oil, simmer and put the cake on.
Beat the eggs, and then spread them out like omelets.
Fill up the cut bananas (if you don't like bananas, you can omit this step or replace others you like)
Pat a layer of cheese on the banana.
Cover the second cake, gently press the cake with a spatula, and then feel that the eggs are solidified or the cheese is somewhat melted, and turn it over.
If you feel that the cake is not easy to turn over, you can cover it with a plate, then press your hand on the plate, gently turn the pot over, and then take it away, and then turn it over (it's a little troublesome, personally look for a similar video online, or try it with a plate like plastic, which is actually very simple. . . ) No, this step can be omitted.
Finally, I feel cheesed, and when the eggs are cooked, I can go out of the pot. Personally, the taste is better than that of Indian flying cakes. The cakes are a little crunchy (if you don't want to eat crispy ones, you should add little or no oil to the bottom of the pot), and there is a sandwich. If you feel light, you can dip them in tomato sauce or sprinkle some salt in the middle of the cheese.
Tips
I won't turn the cake with a plate, in case it's not done properly and the plate is broken, just omit step 7, or turn it with a spatula or my own method, safety first.
Also, the whole fire is small, the fire is too big, and the cake is easy to paste.
