250g mutton, 50g yam, 5g ginger 1 5g onion, 3g cooking wine1spoon, 3g star anise, 3g pepper, 20g milk and a little salt.
working methods
1. Wash the mutton, cut into pieces, blanch it with boiling water, remove and drain it for later use. Wash yam, peel and slice. Onions are cut into sections about 5 cm long.
2. Put mutton, ginger, onion, cooking wine, star anise and pepper into a casserole, add about twice the amount of water, boil over high fire and stew for 2 hours.
3. When the mutton is 80% soft, add yam. After the yam is tasted, finally add milk and salt and boil.
