How to make creamy shrimp pasta ?
Prepare the ingredients.
Minute the garlic, cut the lemon lengthwise into 4 cloves and chop the parsley. Wash the shrimp, drain on kitchen paper and marinate with salt and a little pepper.
Cook the pasta in boiling water for 9-10 minutes, strain and add to the pan with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and stir well to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
Heat a wok, add 1 tsp olive oil and cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, then turn the shrimp and cook for 1 minute.
Pour another 2 teaspoons of olive oil into the original pan, place the garlic in the pan and stir for 30 seconds, add the white wine and bring to the boil, add the cream and the Ricos cheese sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened, add the shrimp, parsley, salt and a little pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Pour the sauce and shrimp into the pan with the pasta and stir well, serve the pasta on a platter and garnish with the lemon pieces and remaining parsley.
Tips
1. Preparation time: 5 minutes, cooking time: 20 minutes.
2. You can substitute dried parsley if you don't get fresh.
3. Shrimp should be washed and then drained on kitchen paper to ensure that the flavor stays fresh when frying the shrimp in the next step.
4. The wine should be white wine, otherwise the color and aroma of the cooking will not be good.
